Free Services for New York and New Jersey Custodial Parents

Project Child Support is currently providing the services of its Collection Program to New York City and New Jersey at no cost to the first 1000 custodial parents owed unpaid child support.  To receive the Collection Program at no upfront cost, custodial parents must be currently receiving state assistance; such as welfare, food stamps, unemployment, disability, or live in public housing.  For More Information: Click Here   

Collection Program Services


Project Child Support provides a Collection Program to assist custodial parents in obtaining a Child Support Enforcement Order, to seize and liquidate the assets of nonpaying noncustodial parents to pay their arrears. The Collection Program provides investigative services, legal assistance, seizures, liquidations, and apprehension services to effectively collect unpaid child support.


Once an Enforcement Order is obtained, Project Child Support will provide the collection services to collect the arrears, and seize assets to pay the arrears if necessary.

Our collection agency has a 91% success rate for accounts with enforcement orders, and an 84% success rate for accounts with judgments. 

The Collection Program is the most comprehensive and affordable service, which  enables custodial parents to seize and liquidate noncustodial parents' assets to pay their child support arrears.

Our Collection Program Provides 5 Keys to Success:

1.  Private Investigations  - Upon a custodial parent acquiring to the Collection Program, Bounty Alert will provide will provide the necessary investigative services to locate the noncustodial parent's location and assets. 

2.  Legal Documents to Collect, Seize and Liquidate Assets - Bounty Alert provides custodial parents with legal documents, and services to file motions against noncustodial parents for arrears*, all fees, rewards, and lost wages.  The legal documents include a motion to seize and liquidate a noncustodial parent's assets.

3.  Collections and Payment of Arrears - Once a court order or judgment been obtained, Bounty Alert will notify its collection agency to recover and liquidate any assets against the court order or judgment, including any bank accounts, homes, vehicles, businesses, equipment, furniture etc..  Bounty Alert will also contract a team of fugitive recovery agents to assist in the apprehend of a noncustodial parent with a child support warrant.

4.  Apprehending Noncustodial Parents with Arrest Warrants -  To seize the liquidate noncustodial parents' assets, sometimes it is necessary to enforce child support arrest warrants.  The Collection Program also provides the assistance of more than 30 fugitive recovery agencies to assist in the apprehension and extradition of noncustodial parents with child support warrants.

5.  Refund of Fees and Expenses - Once the assets are liquidated or the noncustodial parent pays the arrears, and fees are included in the court order or judgment, Bounty Alert's collection agency will pay any arrears to the custodial parent's child support agency and refund the custodial parent any expenses to collect their arrears.
