The Collection Process Once Custodial Parents Obtain Enforcement Orders

Episode 4 of the Custodial Support Forum, provides an overview, and detailed instructions for collecting child support arrears through a collection agency, once a Child Support Enforcement Order has been obtained.


Part 1 of Episode 4 provides viewers with an overview of the Custodial Support Foundation's collection agency that provides the collection services for custodial parents owe child support arrears.  John Monderine, who is the President of collection agency for the Custodial Support Foundation, appears as a guest to describe how noncustodial parents assets are sized and liquidated to pay their arrears.

In Part 2 of Episode 4, Attorney Samuel Fields, of the collection agency for the Custodial Support Foundation joins the Founder Kai Patterson, Attorney Alex Stremler and Attorney Benjamin Kelsen to provide parents with the collection process, once a Child Support Enforcement Order is obtained.

Mr. Patterson was raised by a single parent mother, who never received child support but struggled to ensure he would be a success.  In honor of his late mother, he founded the Custodial Support Foundation to service parents owed child support.

Alexandra B. Stremler, Esq. was the President of the Custodial Support Foundation, and provides legal analysis services for custodial parents and noncustodial parents to enable each client to receive the .


Mrs. Stremler's  s the founding Partner of the Law Office of Alexandra B. Stremler.  Mrs. Stremler received here Juris Doctor at University of Florida Law School, and has practiced Family Law for more than 22 years.

Benjamin G. Kelsen, JMC is the founding Partner of the Law Office of Benjamin G. Kelsen, Esq., LLC.   Mr. Kelsen received his Bachelor of Arts in History at theYeshiva University and his Juris Doctor at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, NY.

Judge Kelsen is a dedicated advocate with a long-standing interest in offering true guidance, who also assists in the preparation of the legal documents to enable custodial parents to receive Child Support Enforcement Orders.

Antoinette Dismukes is a single custodial parent owed over $62,000 in child support arrears by the noncustodial parent of her child, and recently subscribed to Project Child Support's Collection Program.


Miss Dismukes shares her plight in previously attempting to collect the arrears her child is owed, and provides insight into some of the problems that many custodial parents experience when trying to collect child support.

Guest and Collection Agency President: John Monderine


John Monderine is the President of Rapid Recovery Solutions, which is the collection agency that has entered into an agreement with Bounty Alert, Inc. to provide collection services for custodial parents that subscribe to the Collection Program.


To prevent any portion of a custodial parent's child support arrears to be collected as fees by the collection agency, the Motions for the Enforcement Orders are prepared to require the collection agency's fees to be paid by noncustodial parents.

Samuel Fields, Esq. is the Attorney of Rapid Recovery Solutions, and coordinates the collection accounts with Bounty Alert, Inc. to support custodial parents that subscribe to the Collection Program.


Mr. Fields also provides the services to enable noncustodial parents' assets to be levied seized and liquidated to pay their child support arrears, once the Enforcement Orders are obtained through Project Child Support's Collection Program.
